What Is The Method?

PHASE ONE: VISION

Creating a unique path you're walking on.

Before we do anything we need to understand that we’re always moving into a specific direction in our life which is mostly influenced by outside forces and subconsciously created if we don’t choose it consciously by becoming clear of our vision and dream life.

In this Phase we’re going to dive deep and explore what excites us in life and if we’re happy with how we are currently living. You’re going to find out exactly how your dream life looks like and what you need to align your dream with your current reality.

PHASE TWO: CLARITY

Getting rid of anything that doesn't serve you.

Most of our actions are coming from habits and beliefs formed through prior experiences in our life. This module will allow you to identify the driving forces behind your actions and enable you to let go of habits and beliefs that don't serve you anymore.

PHASE THREE: FOUNDATION

All the basics you need to create your dream life.

After having identified habits that don't serve you anymore, it is now time to exchange them for daily routines that serve your higher purpose and goals. It might have been hard in the past to make changes but in this module you will learn how to do it with a simple and minimalistic approach.

PHASE FOUR: PREPARATION

Everything you need, to eat healthy and balanced.

Before we dive super deep into knowledge about our body and mind we need to get ready to implement all the information that is coming. In this phase you will learn all the fundamentals and skills you need to develop in order to set yourself up for success.

PHASE FIVE: SELF-AWARENESS

Developing a deep understanding of yourself.

Now that you have developed a firm base, it is time to dive deeper into how the human body really works. You will learn all the necessary aspects not only about your physical body but also about your mind and emotions.

PHASE SIX: TRANSITION

Choosing the right gear for your personal journey.

We all have different backgrounds and our own unique journey. This phase will help you to identify the current state of your body and mind and use this understanding to make sustainable and goal oriented decisions. You will be able to implement all the knowledge you've gained so far and use it to craft your own path that you continue to walk on confidently.
